A box contains two fruity melon on sale at the auction house in Japan for $ 12,500 US dollar or same as Rp 115 million. A buyer who’s name is unknown just bought that Yubari melon on the first day of shopping season, that dissipates his money whom that money can bought a car.

In japan, one apple can cost more than 5 dollar America and one box of twenty cherry can cost more than 100 dolar America or same as Rp 923.000 . The buyer in japan are already getting used to buy fruits that is really expensive.

Of course there’s a reason. The fruits are expensive because to reflect the honor of the buyer to the farmer who was bankrupt at 2007. In 2008, two Yubari melon sold for 2,5 million yen or same as Rp 287 million at the auction house. Yubari melon with high quality is a fruit with perfect skin, smooth pattern, and a rod like the alphabet of T still hanging on the top of the fruit, which usually for sale in a box that has a carving.

Britain Citizen Arrested In Thailand For Selling Fetus

Bangkok -  Six of human fetuses were baked and wrapped by golden leaf just like a ritual of magic, were confiscated from Britain citizen in Bangkok, Thailand police said.

Chow Hok Kuen (28), taiwan ethnic, caught in a terrible ceremony in Chinatown on Thursday, said the police party. The corpse were packed on a suitcase to be smuggled to Taiwan.

Suspect bought fetuses a few day ago from a taiwan in Thailand worth of 200.000 baht or about Rp.60 millons and planning on selling the in Taiwan with price 6 times more, said the police party. They didn’t know where the fetuses are from.

“Suspect said that he was planning on selling the fetus on a clinet, who believes that fetuses are going to make them lucky and rich,” Said Kolonel of Bangkok police party, Wiwat Kamchamnan.

 The suspect faces up to one year in jail and a fine 2000 baht (about Rp. 588 thousands) because of carrying those fetuses.

On a Thailand black magic, also known that Chinese people also doing the ritual, the preserved fetus were believed will bring luck to the owner and often saved on a temple in their house or working place.

45 Sukhoi Victims Have Been Identified

Forensics say they have identified the remains of all 45 people on the russian plane, Sukhoi.

It's not clear what caused sukhoi superjet 100 to crash on May 9 during the demonstration flight for potential buyers.

Authorities are still analyzing the cockpit voice recorder. But tey have given up to recovering the flight data recorder, which keeps track of all instructions sent to electronic systems on the aircraft.

A forensic expert said, all the victims have been identified. They include 35 indonesians, 8 russians,  1 french and an american.

Casey Stoner to retire from motorcycle racing

MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner surprised the world by declaring exercise will be retired from MotoGP at the end of the season for family reasons. Although his performance was at its peak now, Stoner insists that he still decided to retire from the world of motor sport is. 26-year-old rider, who has won 35 races during his career and leads the MotoGP standings after winning two of three races this season, delivered a statement during a press conference on Thursday, before the French Grand Prix series. He added that this sport has changed to the point where he no longer enjoyed it.He admitted to no longer have the passion to do it.

Stoner, who had become world champion MotoGP with Ducati in 2007, became a father for the first time in February when his wife, Adriana, gave birth to a baby girl. However, he not agreed that being a father has reduced her passion for motor racing.


Joining Stoner in the MotoGP class in 2006 with Honda satellite team having previously played in the 125cc class, his debut at Donington Circuit (2001) and 250cc classes. The option to move to Ducati team in 2007 bringing Stoner won the MotoGP series opener in Qatar, which is then followed by a victory which made it nine times world champion in that season.


He moved to the Honda factory team last year and get a second world title at Phillip Island circuit , Australia, the country of origin, having previously won nine races that
season.2011 MotoGP Stoner ended the season with a finish in the top 10 Grand Prix of Valencia.

Super Junior's "Super Show 4" Concert in Jakarta

Super Junior admits they are happy with the success of their three days "Super Show  4"concert in Indonesia. They thanked the fans for their support and also the promotor hard work who made all of this possible.

On the third day (4/29/2012), Super Junior's members all seemed tired already. But being tired did not bother them and they still did their best performance to amuse the ELF (Super Junior fans).

"We are giving our best performance even if we are tired," said the leader, Leeteuk, at the opening of the third day's show in Mata Elang Indoor Stadium, Ancol, North Jakarta.

His words were proved at the concert. The concert was spectacular. They sang up to fifteen songs such as Superman, Opera, Bonamana, Sorry Sorry. The fans were also able to communicate with them through their warm fan-service.

At the end of the show, Super Junior members gave their opinions. "I am very happy to be able to meet Indonesian fans. I hope to have another concert here," said Kyuhyun the youngest.

Similar responses were also presented by the other members. This made the fans became more hysterical, because they have been waiting for a long time to this show. And so the concert ended successfully.

All Sukhoi Victims Have Been Identified

In just 12 days counted after eight days since the body is received, Disaster Victim Identification, on Sunday (05.20.2012) at 13.00 completed 45 identifications on victims of SUPERJET 100, Sukhoi on the slopes of Mount Salak.
The DVI team delivered PR Police Headquarters, Commissioner Boy Rafli Amar, Sunday at 17.00, at the Police Hospital Raden Said Sukanto, Kramatjati, East Jakarta.
On Tuesday (22/05/2012), starting at 13:00, the victim's family are allowed to see the bodies in the RS Sukanto. After storing the corpse's chest will be closed.
On Wednesday (05.23.2012), DVI will give the bodies to the state. Furthermore, the state would hand over the bodies to the families of the victims.

The Hunger Games boosts Lionsgate’s Profit

New York : Box-office movie “The Hunger Games” opening weekend which debuted with estimated $155 million, ultimately lead to more than $300 million in profit for independent studio Lionsgate.

The movie which is directed by Gary Ross based on the novel “The Hunger Games” written by Suzzane Collins. It stars Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence as main character Katniss, Josh Hutcherson  as Peeta, Liam Hemsworth as Gale, Woody Harrelson as Haymitch, and Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket.

Hunger Games’ first show of the trilogy had the highest-grossing first weekend  and the third-largest opening weekend, as Canada's largest movie theatre company said on Thursday in Yahoo! News. 

As seen at LaTimes’ blog, the international results of this movie are in the same line with the first show in the "Twilight" and "Harry Potter", indicating that the sequels to "The Hunger Games" will make more money.

Not only high profit, "The Hunger Games" also did well with critics, and made 86% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The next movie in the sequel, "Catching Fire," is planned to hit theaters in November 2013.

With two sequels to come which are “Catching Fire” and “Mocking Jay”, Lionsgate expects to make $1.5 billion profit or more. That’s a significant success for this independent studio despite they got struggled in last four years in film production.

Marines Beat Down a Civilian in Cilandak

Thursday May 17, 2012 some marines beat down a civilian in a marine base Cilandak, South Jakarta.

The witness, mr.Anto, said there was a conflict that when a civilian name Adi Suparjo was riding his motorbike, he bump in to marine’s motorbike when the marine is trying to get in the road from a nearby shop. The marine is angry then he get off the bike and stop mr.Adi Suparjo’s bike. They went to the conflict then a group of marines showed up and standed up for their friend. They both wont give up or apologies. Mr. Adi called some witnesses to explain what was happened.

The witnesses said that mr. Adi ride his motorbike so fast in the edge of the street and that marines wont stop the turn because he expected mr. Adi to stop. “They both made the mistake, you should wait for the turn” said one of the witness when he pointed to the marine “and you should ride your motorbike slower and watch where you ride it” cleared the witness to mr. Adi.

And still they had mouth fighting each other to proof their statement. The situation was getting hotter when the marine pushes mr. Adi  on his shoulder. Mr. Adi wont stay calm and hit the marine once. After mr. Adi hit him, a group of marine didn't stay calm either when their friend get a hit. The marines beat mr. Adi down badly until the surrounding civilian separated them. Some of the civilian was scared because they’re dealing with some marines and failed to stop their rage to mr. Adi. The beat down act stopped when a higher rank marine showed up to see what’s happened in front of his house and hardly rebuked the marines to stop.

Mr. Adi immediately taken to the nearest hospital in the marine’s base hospital. “Why did you all did this? This kind of act was embarrassing the marine’s reputation” rebuked the general to his subordinate. “If you all did this kind of act again, you all will be expelled from the marines” shout the general. The civilian around that area was lightly mocking at them. There were no causalities in this incident.

Gladly Mr. Adi just had a light damage in the stomach and his head. He was bleeding because his gum got a hit. “Mr. Adi didn't sue the marines” said the witness. “it will be a long incident if he sue the marines, and he might be targeted by their marines friends” cleared Mr. Anto with fright-chuckle. Although a marine, the human rights are equals to the entire civilization. Don't get too arrogant even though you are officials, marine, police, minister and else.

IACF 2012

HIV/AIDS have become a serious problem for many countries,including Indonesia. There have been more than 400.000 case of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia in 2010 and the increase of the problem is very significant.

Without a serious plan to solve this problem, the victim will become more and more each year into 2,18 million in 2025. If we make a serious plan the increation number will be less than 912 thousands.This data support by National Aids Comission United Nations General Assembly Special Session (NAC UNGASS).

For fixing this problem many professional peoples involved in a group name iVoice. They are peoples with high social attention who want to take a part with many activities that can help people with HIV/AIDS.

One of their activities is The Internaitonal AIDS Candlelight Fetival (IACF) 2012 and the theme is Promoting Health and Dignity Together that will be held in 26-27 Mei 2012.This activity hope can make people care to AIDS/HIV problem. And raising fund for  international communitry to anticipating and curing HIV/AIDS.

“We make this for celebrating AIDS night international, that always be held in 20 May each year” said Dody who trusted to be Media Coordinator for IACF 2012.

This year IACF is different from the same activity in the past year, because this year iVoice invite more people and this event make for people from all community  like student, government, media, including artist.

IACF 2012 will make session that based on 3 principe educate,entertain and raising fund. One of the event is workshop with the experts of HIV/AIDS, discussion with panelists, discussion between teenager, auction for art commodity,art exhibition, Charity Gala Dinner and many more.

HIV/AIDS not only the government problem but  all society. Therefore we must be proactive and not only waiting the government or international community to handle this HIV/AIDS problem.

Chelsea Wins The Champions League for The First Time

Chelsea has won the Champions League for the first time in the club's history after beating Bayern Munich 4-3 on penalties after 120 minutes match.

Didier Drogba's winning spot kick in a penalty shootout satisfied Roman Abramovich's after nine-year long dream of winning the Europe's elite club competition, European Champion’s League.

A high tense final was held in Germany, where much of the first half saw Chelsea apply similar tactics that they show against Barcelona in the semifinal stage of the competition.

However, the game opened up after the break as both teams went in search of the winning goal, and Bayern thought it had found it with just nine minutes left on the clock through Thomas Muller header.

The trophy seems like will be owned by Bavaria, but Didier Drogba's header almost at the end of the match mean the final would be taken into extra time.

The added time still could not determine who would win, meaning penalties were needed to decide which side would win for Champion’s League 2012. 

Bastian Schweinsteiger's missed spot kick gave Drogba the chance to banish his side's demons of the 2008 final against Manchester United, which he duly took to crown Chelsea as European champion four years on.

For Bayern, the club has now finished runner-up in two of the previous three Champions League campaigns, and has ended the season without a trophy after losing out in the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal.

Lady Gaga Concert is Being Canceled

Lady Gaga, a Famous singer from America who is scheduled to have a concert in Jakarta on her world tour. But it seems the concert , “The Born This Way Ball”, will be delayed. Some of Islamic Organization and Police have blocked Lady gaga’s arrival. 

Big Daddy  Production, management of the concert has tried to make this concert held oh 3^rd June 2012 but their effort seems useless. They are still working on and trying to make Gaga Coming to Indonesia. “I won’t disappoint the little monster who has spent their money to buy the ticket.” Said Big Daddy Production spoke-person. Little Monster means Fan-Of-Lady-Gaga or what they say, child of Mother Monster, Lady Gaga herself. Why are they calling themselves Monster? Because Lady Gaga looks like a monster, her ferocious and evil side. Showing a phenomenal fashion style and act like a demon. Although those thing actually a  bad habit, people love it. 

Many of them copied Lady Gaga’s Style. That Style is like a trademark for Lady Gaga, different from the other. But there are some issue about Lady Gaga. Some people said that Lady Gaga is a Devil Worshiper and all of her songs dedicated for a devil, some people even said that the devil is her husband. There are also several witnesses who saw Lady Gaga has did some kind of ritual, maybe summoning the devil or feeding the devil. Those things are some of many things that Islamic Organization such as MUI, Muhammadiyah, and other are concerned. They don’t want Indonesian people change their attitude like her, specially her fan. They also stamp Lady Gaga as a bad influence for Islam. Her Fashion Style that quirky and a little bit erotic. 

Also considering that Indonesia is an Islamic Country with a lot of moslem people that have a strict rules about dressing and performing yourself. Of course Lady Gaga is not a moslem and her clothes are normal for western culture. But we, eastern culture specially moslem, can’t accept that behavior.

Indonesia Islamic Organization explicitly forbid Lady Gaga ‘s “The Born This Way Ball” concert being held in Indonesia. They will sue Lady Gaga for breaking Pornography and Pornaction law, of course Indonesian’s law. But many people has wait for days just to get the ticket, although the price is quite high. The information about the concert will be informed as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, Little Monster can only hoping and wishing that their “Mother” will come soon.

Jackie Chan's Last Movie

Jackie Chan will perform in his last time movie . Chan said that "Chinese Zodiac" is his last time movie. It is the most important films throughout his career.

Chan released his latest film at the Cannes Film Festival with his friends KwoneSang Woo, Xingtong Yao, and Liao Fan.

Chan said many people don’t believe that he will retire as an actor.

He felt really, really tired after decades of pushing his body to the limit.

“This is my last action film. I tell you, I’m not young any more. I’m really, really tired. And the world is too violent right now. It’s a dilemma – I like action but I don’t like violence.”

The 58-year-old actor admitted that he was retired after the film "Chinese Zodiac", which he played as a treasure hunter who travels the world for searching antiques astrology, because the film is the most important films throughout his career.

Chan admitted that he have spending seven years working in this film as writer, director, and producer.

"Over the last 10 years, I’m looking for the directors who can direct me. In this film, I direct myself,"said Chan.

"I hope 20 years from now, people will still remember this movie."

According to chan starring in action movies cause fractures to his shoulders,knees, and ankles. 

Even tough chan has denied that he will retire and just garden at home. Chan admits he still wants to act in movies with little or no martial arts.

“I want the audience to know I’m not only a comedian. I can act. Day by day, year by year, I’m going to show you the real Jackie Chan.”

Endriartono Hopes South Team Could Achieve the Everest

The former Commander of the INDONESIAN ARMY General Endriartono Sutarto.  Who is also Chairman of the Board of advisors of the expedition seven peaks of the world, hope, the team could also reach the Summit South Sagarmatha on Sunday (20/5/2012).

Team South Wanadri  Ardhesir Yatebbi and Fajri Al Lutfi were moved from camp 3 to Camp 4 and hoped they could reach Everest Sunday morning. In his written statement said Endriartono, ' Let's be thankful for the success of the two climbers the expedition 7 Summits Indonesia which has the red and white flag on the Summit of Everest on May 19, 2012 at a 07.49 Nepal. ' 

Two climbers Wanadri Nurhuda and Iwan Irawan were successed to hoist the Indonesian flag on the summit of the Everest on Saturday morning at 09.00 a clock in Indonesian time. The climb takes within 4 days. Both of them climbed Everest trough North way.

“We're still expecting the prayers of all the people for two climber from the south side to get the same success  and they can back to homeland safely ,” said Endriartono .

Jakarta : Pop diva and singer Lady Gaga who will have a concert on June 3^rd 2012, may be forced to cancel her Indonesia concert; she has become the first foreign artist to be denied performs in Indonesia. It’s because of the national police refused her a permit followed by lots of protests from extremist. Some of the extremist are young and almost all of them are Muslims.

      

   Despite the 52.000 seats has been sold, which proved that Indonesia has been chosen to be one of the biggest show on Asia of her world tour.  Still, Indonesia thought that she has lots of controversial during her career, also blasted as an exotic, eroticism and porn icon. As we all know, Indonesia is a country which has more Muslims than any other country in the world.

        

Gaga who is well known for her controversial fashion choices “unique and sexy” makes MUI, FPI and lots of Islamic groups give no permit to her. She usually wears 2 pieces of costume when she sings. It’s against the Indonesian cultures and religion especially Islam. They have shared their dislikes and this could makes Mother Monster couldn’t have a concert in Indonesia.

        

 According to Effendi, Lady Gaga controversial reputation is one reason why they defend artists like Lady Gaga who have a reputation more for eroticism than for things like political substance, they are automatically on the losing side against groups that claim to defend cultural and religious values.

         Even the police have stated that they won’t give any permit and the extremist said that they won’t let the pop star off the plan. After 44 years waiting, Manchester City finally won the Premier League again and for the third times. This season title race was very tight until the last minutes of the match. After thrilling 1-2 from their visitors, On Sunday, May 13, 2012, Manchester City finally win the game with 3-2 score and secured the title with same points and 8 goals difference from their neighbor, Manchester United. +8 Goal Difference seems hard (and it is hard) for Manchester United to chase. And the title holder must to give up and give the trophy to their noisy neighbor.

Manchester City already spent £484m for transfer the player from the other team into their squad these last 4 years. A huge spending just for win the FA Cup (2011) and Premier League Title (2012). In the other side, Manchester United just spend £137m for transfer last 4 years.

In the Champions League race, Arsenal's 3-2 win over West Brom means that they have secured third place and are guaranteed qualification to Europe Champions League.

Tottenham finish fourth after their win over Fulham, so will have to wait to see how Chelsea fare against Bayern Munich before knowing in which European competition they will be playing next season. Meanwhile, Newcastle's 3-1 loss to Everton on the final day sees them having to settle for fifth. And just get a Europe League competition.

And, In the race for avoid the regulation to the English League Championship, QPR is losing from Manchester City but they’re lucky because Bolton play tied against Stoke, and  Bolton regulated to the 2^nd Division. And the 3 teams that regulated to ELC, are: Wolverhampton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, and Bolton Wanderers.

And that’s the drama of the year from Barclays Premier League. What a season!
